Hi sweetie, you're making me crave Kentucky fried chicken right now looking at the pic. Defrosted chicken is always drier as the liquids drain out of the meat. Also if you used breasts they are much drier than dark meat. Haven't been doing much cooking on this end. Too brain dead!
